The service writer is knowledgeable, understanding, and accommodates reasonable requests by the customer. The practice of a loaner vehicle without charge while your vehicle is being serviced is a unique a accommodates reasonable requests by the customer. Even though I had just had a service on the vehicle, there was a little lag with when starting. Sure enough, now the battery was needing replacement. I was very happy with Christina and the service provided. I was very displeased with the way the waiting room is set up. While I waited for a loaner car, the area got more and more crowded. I stood up for I was very displeased with the way the waiting room is set up. While I waited for a loaner car, the area got more and more crowded. I stood up for a short while until I was called, but I wouldn’t have felt comfortable having to waiting in the waiting area. There is definitely not 6 feet between seats; the area should be reconfigured to avoid people being too close and face covering should be enforced. More

I am saddened to let you know that my experience was terrible right from the beginning. I brought my car in because of a scratch and because the garage door clipped off the upper antennae. I waited approximately 25 minutes or more to talk with the young man who did the paperwork. I sat in the car model display room because the waiting area was crowded and several people refused to wear masks. After an hour and a half wait, I was told that there was nothing that could be done with my car and that I should take it to a body shop. I was left realizing that everyone is given the same time to bring their car in. My appointment was at 10:30 and so was everyone else’s. My car should have been looked at right away. It would only take a few minutes to see there was nothing they could do. Most disturbing however, was the lack of enforcement of mask wearing and social distancing. Why wouldn’t the chairs be spread out in the waiting area? Why are the appointments not staggered? What happened to “picking up the car from your home?” This pandemic is not over. The manager listened to several complaints about lack of masks yesterday as I overheard another complaint. I’m hoping he’s instructing the employees to reinforce rules. The young man I worked with was polite and it wasn’t his fault my car took 9one and a half hours although nothing was done. This was not the experience I was expecting. My sister’s car at Lexus in Roseville was expedient and safe. I’m hoping you’re taking the pandemic, your employees and the customer’s seriously. Sincerely, Sunny Schalansky More
