I received a message that my car was due for service so I made an appointment. It turns out I was not quite ready so my fluids were topped out and I received a report letting me know when I should need servi made an appointment. 2007 Acura TL (84,000 miles). Accident with damaged tail light. New part unavailable from ACURA. Christina spent time over and above my expectations in order to find the correct t Accident with damaged tail light. New part unavailable from ACURA. Christina spent time over and above my expectations in order to find the correct tail light assembly in the used parts market. It was not an easy task. At one time, I was heading to service at 7 am on a Saturday and she had to come to the service center to get my Tel. Number to tell me the center opened at 8:00. Certainly a fantastic effort. Due to the first 2 parts not being correct, the service manager Heather waived the labor costs. I have had my Acura serviced there many times with excellent results. WELL DONE LOU SOBH HONDA STAFF!!! More
