I was returning from a road trip when my problem hard earned cash, I have to commend my service writer Christina for her excellent customer service! I was returning from a road trip when my problem occurred, and I had to pick up my dog from the kennel before it closed and the next winter storm moved in. She got me in and out within two hours and was able to coordinate the repair and other maintenance issues in time for me to get to the kennel on time. She also initiated a request to Honda to cover a repair for an issue of which I was unaware. She was amazing, and you are lucky to have her on your team! Thank you so much! More
