Joe was extremely welcoming and listened to what I wanted (and most importantly what I didn't want). I'm not someone who enjoys car shopping (especially because of the bad rep that car salespeople have) but (and most importantly what I didn't want). Joe was friendly, didn't make me feel pressured at all, and got me on the road with an awesome car and the peace of mind that when I come back for service at the dealership, it'll be a good experience. I can't say enough about how good my experience was leasing my new Tacoma at Heritage Toyota. Lindsey was amazing through the whole process. She kept me updated the entire time and answered questions quickly. I got weekly updates on the build to when it was sent on a vessel, till it was on She kept me updated the entire time and answered questions quickly. I got weekly updates on the build to when it was sent on a vessel, till it was on a truck. Once it was on a truck it was daily updates. I got pictures as soon as it arrived. Followed by a phone call. She got me in to buy it a few hours later and made the process smooth. Best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Definitely will be going back to her for my next vehicle in the future. More
