Only thing I would say could have been better was maybe have more than one of the type of vehicle that I wanted. We checked shipments but very few were coming in. Minor gripe but that's about it. Overall Heritage Toyota is my favorite place to buy a car because of how helpful and friendly everyone is and they go the extra mile to make sure you get into the car you love without having the pressure of your average dealership.
