The salesman quickly reviewed what was on the lot, located a vehicle and allowed me to look it over before we took it on a test drive. As we drove, the salesman not only described the features of the car but shared funny stories about his family. He was well informed about the car, asked questions about what I wanted/needed in car, made suggestions, but was never pushy. Most importantly, when I thanked him for his time and information, he let me leave without feeling like I was under pressure to commit to anything. More

Derek asked great questions, listened well to my answers! Derek had contacted me early as my lease was due to expire this year. What vehicles I had driven that I enjoyed. He listened and provided suggestions and options. I did my own research on areas we discussed. On my final visit, Derek validated what I had found out about vehicles, leases, models, etc. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and transparent and zeroed in on a vehicle that was "me". We were really surprised when we got there and Derek came out and met us and knew our names, which made us feel more comfortable. Heritage Toyota has a really nice set up with coffee and cold beverages ready, and we were offered a snack and drinks while we were waiting. The Toyota is everything we've been looking for, and Derek helped us get to know the truck before we left Heritage. Christine Donahue was out finance agent and she was really nice and straight to the point which we like. When we got into her office to sign paperwork she was quick and very social and helped us choose the right financing options, We have bought trucks from dealers before but I must say, Heritage Toyota gave us the best experience and we are beyond thankful. More
