Always utmost informative with information no matter how many questions were asked. Chuck was more interested in asking my questions, and getting me into the EXACT vehicle i wanted than he was simply selling a car! They were profoundly respectful of, understanding to and helpful with the needs of my elderly & handicap parents as well.
