Amazing! My husband and I searched "outstanding Ford dealers in Ohio" and Klaben ranked #1 and #2. We decided to check them out. Our thought was to see if the My husband and I searched "outstanding Ford dealers in Ohio" and Klaben ranked #1 and #2. We decided to check them out. Our thought was to see if the sales people were "pushy" and if not, we would build a relationship before purchasing a vehicle. When we arrived, we were greeted with smiling faces and "How are you doing today? Is there anything I can help you with?" They made us feel genuinely welcomed. That in itself was a pleasant surprise. Most dealerships are pushing for a sale right when you walk in the door. At Klaben, we expressed what we were interested in but not ready purchase. The salesman, Nate Bryant, was fine with that. We sat down, told him what kind of vehicle we were thinking about, and he told us all about it. Explained how he could order one for us whenever we were ready to buy one. Absolutely no pressure. I could hardly believe it. He typed in the computer what we were interested in and they had one on the lot exactly like we wanted. So we test drove it and loved it! Nate told us it was up to us: we could have him order one, come back when we are sure we're ready to purchase, do nothing, or we could purchase the one we test drove and take it home that day. Wow! He let my husband and me talk it over privately. Needless to say, we ended up driving a new vehicle home. Couldn't have gotten a better deal anyplace else. Christine Klaben was awesome, too. She went over the paperwork with us. Very down to earth and friendly. We will definitely go back to Klaben when it's time to purchase another vehicle. More
