The low profile tires on new cars has not worn well, and this last new car one of the tires blew out at 20,000 miles. MR. Rich Klaben had roadside assistance handle my mishap within hours, and installed four NEW tires at no cost to myself as his service manager Tom was unavailable and Carl handled the complete process Including loaner car. When I received my car back it was washed and ready to go. MR Klaben took It upon himself to phone me that evening and ask if I was completely satisfied. WHAT A GREAT SERVICE, And SALES team. Great Experience I bought a 2017 Escape from Matt, Tim, and Andy in August of 2017. They are personable, down to earth, and willing to work with you. Exception... start to finish! I emailed Klaben after finding a vehicle on-line @ Klaben.com I received both a phone call and text message within 10 minutes. I spoke with Matt Moy I emailed Klaben after finding a vehicle on-line @ Klaben.com I received both a phone call and text message within 10 minutes. I spoke with Matt Moyers on the phone, and he (along with Chris Volk) texted me all the information I needed. I arrived at the dealership Saturday afternoon, and both salesmen answered all of my questions. I took the car out for a quick test drive, signed all the paperwork, and finalized pick-up details - all within an hour! When I picked up the car, it was clean and had a full tank of gas! I worked with Christine to sign all the final papers, and she was amazing! After about half an hour, I was driving home in my new car! This was the nest car-buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely buy my next vehicle here as well. Top notch! More

Also, he was not pushy but patient, giving me a chance to make up my mind. He worked with me on the price and we closed everything quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. Since then he has followed up by phone to answer any questions I might have. More
