They gave me a fair trade in value for my old vehicle. They even provided me with a protein bar to eat because I was hungry and made the bad decision not to eat breakfast before coming to the dealership. There were some issues I had with recent work on my car that I just traded in to get the new one. They promptly took care of this and I left the dealership with a check in hand to reimburse me for the cost of those repairs. Will likely be going back for future vehicles. More

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Now on our 5th lease with Klaben! We just got two new cars from Doug Beavers at Klaben. Doug has been absolutely awesome to work with. This is our 3rd Escape we've leased through him. We just got two new cars from Doug Beavers at Klaben. Doug has been absolutely awesome to work with. This is our 3rd Escape we've leased through him. And we've now also leased our second car with him, making it a total of 5 vehicles. I don't see us going anywhere else in the future. This most recent visit, Doug was very busy when I arrived, so he asked Matt to assist. Matt did a fantastic job and he and Doug worked very well together to make sure we were taken care of. I ALWAYS tell people to go to Klaben, and to go see Doug, when I hear them mention anything about needing a car. They are knowledgable, friendly, and RELAXED. No pressure. They actually care about you and your needs, not just about closing a sale. And Christine is ridiculously efficient when it comes to the financing paperwork, making a typically long and annoying process much MUCH easier than it would be most other places. More
