Great experience. Nothing slimey. I've had bad experiences with car dealers but Klaben made it easy and comfortable. I found a new Fusion I liked on their website and the sticker price I've had bad experiences with car dealers but Klaben made it easy and comfortable. I found a new Fusion I liked on their website and the sticker price was already great. "Best bottom line deal" is no hype. They mean it! I didn't want to commit to a phone call or stop by to have my questions answered but Doug Carter in sales helped me via email which I loved! When I was good and ready to test drive they had it ready for me to pop in and Doug knew every inch of these cars. I didn't plan on buying it right then but the price, people and service was too good. They were fast and efficient. I got a better rate than the credit unions I had shopped around. Paperwork was easy and Christine was a pleasure to work with. Rich Klaben is out among the people every day and makes sure each customer is taken care of. I like the small town experience but it's all state of the art at the same time. I would definitely buy from them again and highly reccomdend. More

We are extremely happy that the Klaben staff worked with us to remain red carpet lease customers.
