We could not be more pleased with the diligent attention we received from Southaven Honda as we began our search to purchase a new car. We came straight to Southaven Honda from a competitor, and what a positive difference we found from the moment we stepped onto the parking lot! Everyone we came in contact with during the process was courteous and professional and did an outstanding job of helping us choose the vehicle that was best for us. I cannot say enough about the way they followed up with us without pressuring us. They truly wanted to help us purchase the vehicle that was right for our family and one we would be pleased with in the day, weeks, months, and years ahead. More

I still have doubts about the corporate manufacturing of Honda; they evidently do not provide the dealership with a variety so that the customers can have a choice. However, when I made George Webb, the sal Honda; they evidently do not provide the dealership with a variety so that the customers can have a choice. However, when I made George Webb, the salesman, and Chris Anderson, the manager, aware of my concerns, they worked hard to get the model of my choice. It took a week to get it to the dealership, but I now have the Honda Civic that I wanted. Thank you to all who made this happen and I am sorry that the Honda Corporation does not seem to be concerned enough to make these models available for customer choice in the first place. More

Talk with the dealership for a week going back-and-forth over the process of the deal went in when my paperwork was emailed to me to do all the signing and submit a large down payment got called two weeks l over the process of the deal went in when my paperwork was emailed to me to do all the signing and submit a large down payment got called two weeks later saying that I need to resubmit paperwork and re-sign moving my buy date. All sounding super shady. When I asked for clarification, I was yelled at and basically hung up on. Still waiting to hear back from the dealer on what is going on with the process of buying my car. More
