If you’re looking for a Honda dealership near Memphis, Southaven, Olive Branch, or North Mississippi, stop searching and go to Southaven Honda. I drove an hour and a half to buy my new Honda, and I would do it again without hesitation. After owning four Toyota vehicles in a row, I made the switch to Honda, and this dealership made the decision incredibly easy. From the moment I walked in, I felt less like a customer and more like family. The buying process was honest, smooth, and completely pressure-free. Even better, when I came back on Monday with additional questions and needed help setting up a few features, everyone welcomed me back and took the time to make sure I understood everything. That level of customer service doesn’t end when you drive off the lot, and it says a lot about the people here. The dealership itself is outstanding. If you work remotely or need a place to wait during service, they have fast Wi-Fi, multiple comfortable seating areas, flexible workspaces, and complimentary espresso, coffee, and specialty drinks. It’s one of the nicest dealership facilities I’ve ever visited. Whether you’re shopping for a new Honda, a used vehicle, or need Honda service in Southaven, I can’t recommend Southaven Honda enough. Excellent people, an incredible facility, and a customer experience that truly stands out. They’ve earned a customer for life. More

DeAndra was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything was done right. The spoiler installation looks fantastic — clean, precise, and exactly how I wanted it. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but DeAndre delivered top-notch service and attention to detail. I highly recommend him and the Southaven Honda service team. Definitely a **5-star experience**. More

Everyone we came in contact with during the process was courteous and professional and did an outstanding job of helping us choose the vehicle that was best for us. I cannot say enough about the way they followed up with us without pressuring us. I still have doubts about the corporate manufacturing of Honda; they evidently do not provide the dealership with a variety so that the customers can have a choice. However, when I made George Webb, the sal Honda; they evidently do not provide the dealership with a variety so that the customers can have a choice. However, when I made George Webb, the salesman, and Chris Anderson, the manager, aware of my concerns, they worked hard to get the model of my choice. It took a week to get it to the dealership, but I now have the Honda Civic that I wanted. Thank you to all who made this happen and I am sorry that the Honda Corporation does not seem to be concerned enough to make these models available for customer choice in the first place. More
