I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Disappointed that Problems Persist with a new car . My 2019 car with 2,100 miles was leased in Dec or Jan. It was a loaner used car. I have had all kinds of electrical/ computer problems ...4 visits to My 2019 car with 2,100 miles was leased in Dec or Jan. It was a loaner used car. I have had all kinds of electrical/ computer problems ...4 visits to repair shop in 3 months...they even had car for 5 days. Doors don’t open from outside, key not recognized by car although key in purse. Engine won’t start although key in purse. Two new key fobs ordered and paired with car, now all exterior lights remain on although car is turned off. Doors continue to not respond to touching of exterior door handle...key fob doesn’t open door lock either. Apple car play does weird things now. More

Disappointed When I bought the car it had a vibration at highway speeds brought it back for repair. Brought it in for first service told them about same problem, This time they said my rear rims where out of round. They wouldn't cover it said I waited to long. Very convenient so they didn't have to do repair. More

Seamless Process... I find each Rallye Service visit to be consistent, which is far better than other experiences. Their service department can't help if I have an issue with my car, but they make the resolution process seamless. It's really the simplest way I can describe the process. I'm not sure how most other service departments operate, but my wait time at Rallye on dropping off, getting my loaner and picking up my vehicle is always quick and easy...as it should! And my issues have always been 100% resolved. More

Quality of experience is directly tied to service adviser and assigned technician. Service manager Chris B and senior advisor Carol CM are keepers. Return visits should be rare not the norm. That said, I remain willing to drive the drive the 40 miles to Rallye to work with Chris and Carol. More

Freaking Awesome! Chris Blanco introduced me to Emily who was AWESOME. I came in to get my antifreeze topped up. The technician found that I had leaking hoses and that Chris Blanco introduced me to Emily who was AWESOME. I came in to get my antifreeze topped up. The technician found that I had leaking hoses and that I would have to leave the car. Chris and Emily had me in a loaner and out the door quickly. Emily called me daily to update me on the status of my car. When the time came to pick it up, I asked Emily if she could have it brought up so I would not have to wait. Sure enough when i arrived, the car was out front and the paperwork was sitting at the desk for me to sign. Fastest car pick up ever! Chris and Emily exemplify what great service is all about. You need more like these two! More
