Rude and never returns calls. Our car was there over a week and nothing was done. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership through Driveway. When I received the vehicle there was a warning light on. I took it to my local dealer to get it checked out and found out it would be a ve Driveway. When I received the vehicle there was a warning light on. I notified Toyota of Downtown LA of the problem, and I was told to get it repaired and I would be reimbursed for the cost. I sent them the paid receipt and the following day a check was being sent UPS. Their quick response to my problem was amazing to me. They didn't dispute anything regarding the repair or cost. Very honorable dealership. They back up their warranties. More
