I had a terrible experience with Jeff. He did not follow up or seem to care to attempt to sell me a truck. Every conversation was a fight and argumentative. I would not recommend working with Jeff. Chris an up or seem to care to attempt to sell me a truck. Every conversation was a fight and argumentative. I would not recommend working with Jeff. Chris and Louis from the Ford store were great, people who actually know how to treat people. More

Chris did a great job. He was very honest up front and did t waste time “working the deal”. He asked us what we were looking for and I feel he had a full understanding. He also didn’t waste time talking about things that we were not looking for. For example, we were deciding if we we were going to just buy our old Jeep’s lease out with a payment of 397 a month. We initially went in the lot with him to look at inventory and he was honest about the pricing for each option. When we left he said, “let me look at the numbers and I will get back to you on Monday”. We just left another dealership that went back and forth with their manager 5 times and went from an initial number , to one that was 175 dollar less. We were at the other dealership for 2 hours. Chris didn’t “haggle’ the number, he was up front about it and said he would get back to us on Monday to see if he can do anything. More
