One of the best if not the best dealership we ever walked into. Just walked in and taking in your surroundings was nothing but pure professionalism and customer service. Everyone was professionally dressed in matching attire and making sure everyone that walked in the door was being attended to. Our sales person was found by doing a Google search looking for the best sales person with the highest rating. Jonathan Devine was the sales associate that met my search criteria, and let me tell you, Google did not disappoint in my search results. Straight forward to the point, no punches pulled, just the facts and stayed on target. Non of this back and forth or, how much do you want to spend, what’s the next 20 questions of wasted time. I told him what I wanted and he obtained exactly that. As for the trade in, the offer was right on target for our liking. This is my new dealership and looks very much like I will be crossing the street, back to Lexus of Sarasota FL from the dealer of our second car. Oh and yes, Jonathan Devine will be the Captain of our ship. Five stars is no way enough for this Jonathan and this dealership. More
