Went in for the installation of our cross roof bars and this was our first time dealing with the service department. As you approach the service department, you are immediately directed to the proper lane this was our first time dealing with the service department. As you approach the service department, you are immediately directed to the proper lane for service. You are then met by a service valet who opens the door for you and immediately checks you in. You are given your service provider’s name and directed inside to relax and have some refreshments, your service associate will come to you. Our service representative was Roberto Castrodad, his mission was complete customer satisfaction, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was our only contact needed through the whole visit and multiple ways to contact him during your visit, but not to worry, he kept in contact with you during the time we were there. This is the best non stressful dealership on a whole that we ever dealt with. Roberto Castrodad is the best service representative we ever dealt with and NEVER tried to up sell you something that your vehicle does not need. They have our total vehicles sales and service. More

One of the best if not the best dealership we ever walked into. Just walked in and taking in your surroundings was nothing but pure professionalism and customer service. Our sales person was found by doing a Google search looking for the best sales person with the highest rating. Jonathan Devine was the sales associate that met my search criteria, and let me tell you, Google did not disappoint in my search results. Straight forward to the point, no punches pulled, just the facts and stayed on target. Non of this back and forth or, how much do you want to spend, what’s the next 20 questions of wasted time. I told him what I wanted and he obtained exactly that. As for the trade in, the offer was right on target for our liking. This is my new dealership and looks very much like I will be crossing the street, back to Lexus of Sarasota FL from the dealer of our second car. Oh and yes, Jonathan Devine will be the Captain of our ship. Five stars is no way enough for this Jonathan and this dealership. More
