I just wanna put the word out there that the general manager of this dealership made everything right!! Chris Lima was a complete stand up guy. He took his time and listened to me and my wife and all o manager of this dealership made everything right!! Chris Lima was a complete stand up guy. He took his time and listened to me and my wife and all of our issues. What we went through was a complete roller coaster and Chris took the time to listen to each one of his departments and see where their faults were. We came to an equitable agreement and trust each other on the path, this will take to move forward. We definitely appreciate Chris taking the time during the day today to educate himself on what it happened in this transaction to talk knowledgeably with us and review everything. We truly appreciate his time. He’s an amazing general manager in the car industry.. More

Went in for the installation of our cross roof bars and this was our first time dealing with the service department. As you approach the service department, you are immediately directed to the proper lane this was our first time dealing with the service department. As you approach the service department, you are immediately directed to the proper lane for service. You are then met by a service valet who opens the door for you and immediately checks you in. You are given your service provider’s name and directed inside to relax and have some refreshments, your service associate will come to you. Our service representative was Roberto Castrodad, his mission was complete customer satisfaction, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was our only contact needed through the whole visit and multiple ways to contact him during your visit, but not to worry, he kept in contact with you during the time we were there. This is the best non stressful dealership on a whole that we ever dealt with. Roberto Castrodad is the best service representative we ever dealt with and NEVER tried to up sell you something that your vehicle does not need. They have our total vehicles sales and service. More
