Worse deal ever!!! ouldUpon entering the dealership, the first line out my mouth was,"take care of me as if I`m someone you care about." To which Chris Logan replied, "D ouldUpon entering the dealership, the first line out my mouth was,"take care of me as if I`m someone you care about." To which Chris Logan replied, "Don´t worry, I got you." I didn`t get to test drive the actual Power Wagon I wanted to purchase. I wasn`t shown, explained, or demonstrated any of the truck's features or functions. I wasn`t able to turn the truck fully on, I was told to only turn on the electric and that`s when I discovered the truck had a code error message. However, I kept the faith in Chris and gave him the benefit of the doubt and trusted everything would be to my liking. After completing the paperwork and insuring the truck I had to return later at night with my wife to sign the papers. I was told the truck will be fixed and washed when I return. After about 4 hours and 45 minutes I came back with my wife to sign and pick up the truck, only to find that once I showed my wife the truck, I turned it fully on for the first time throughout the whole transaction and saw that the code error message was still there. Not only that, but the truck was filthy and it only had a quarter tank of gas. We waited to be seen for about 30 to 45 minutes when all we were supposed to do was sign papers and drive off with the truck. My wife and I expressed our concerns and frustrations with Chris, but it was like for every complaint we had, he had an excuse, except for why the car was filthy. He just stated that "they didn´t do their job." Chris didn´t seem to be concerned or bothered and pretty much blew us off. He seemed annoyed. My wife felt that as a new car buyer the truck should have been on point, no issues at all, super clean, and have a full tank. We were told they stopped doing that which is insane. That ultimately pissed her off, along with the truck issues. Once I noticed how unconcerned he was, I told him to cancel everything and return my money. He didn´t care and the proof was right there because once I asked for the return he said "okay" and walked into an office. Joe returns and he seemed more concerned for someone who isn´t your salesman. He stated that "he understood I was upset, frustrated, and pissed off, and that he would feel the same way. No one should get a truck like this." He saved Chris' deal. He assured us that first thing in the morning everything will be corrected and ready to pick up. That it would be first priority. We were told that they would call us in the morning once it was ready, however, we received no call. By noon, I had to get a ride and just show up, no call, no nothing. Just to find my truck sitting in the lot ready for god knows how long. The funny thing is as I was leaving with my truck Chris pleaded to me to give him a good review when I get the link in the email because that helps. which sounded familiar, like when I sat down and pleaded that he would take care of me as if I am someone he cares about. Overall, the experience was horrible and very unprofessional. I don´t recommend this company at all. You´re better off elsewhere. Part 2: After I wrote the above review I received a phone call from Chris Logan saying " you need to realize that this is my livelihood and that if you felt uncomfortable with the deal you could've left at any time. for you to leave a review like that hurts me". what Chris forgot to mention was that I did want to leave and that I did ask for my money back but it was joe who came in and listened to me and treated me the way Chris Logan should have. Part3: After noticing that my truck came with a factory-installed winch because it wasn't pointed out at the initial point of sale, I went back to the dealership and I asked Chri Logan if that winch came with a remote (controller)? Chris Logan looked at the truck with a disbelieving look on his face like he didn't even know that it came with the winch, then told me " I don't know, I don't think so and are you even going to use it?" someone else intervened and told me that he would go double-check for me (not Chris). After like 10 minutes Chris and the guy came back and the 1st thing the guy said was $286 for the remote, which left confused because it didn't answer my question (does the winch come with the remote?) instead they wanted to sell me more stuff. Before leaving the dealership I said " so what you're telling me is that this truck doesn't come with a remote foe the winch that is factory installed? they both said yes. the next day I had a feeling to check the storage compartment under the rear seats and to my surprise, I found the remote that they were ready to charge me for. More
