I think I reached out to every Ford dealer in Northeast Ohio when I was looking for a new car and Klaben was the only one that went the extra mile to help me out. I entered my info into the Klaben site and almost immediately Chris Volk called to understand what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to be in. Chris worked all afternoon to get the sweet deal for me and there was no haggling, no back and forth with numbers or anything. He even took my trade over the phone (getting vin number and pictures via text). I didn't even have to step foot into the dealership before picking up the new car. I CANNOT say enough good things about the experience I had at Klaben!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Thank you Chris Volk!!!! More
