Double the pleasure! Who goes shopping for a car in the afternoon and by the end of the day, drives home with 2 cars! We did just that with no regrets! Everyone at Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent treated us to a day of fun. We explored many options for lease vs buy, specials that they were running, inventory available and which options best fit our situation. The president, Rich Klaben, knew we were coming and listened to our needs. Our salesman, Chris Volt was prepared, knowledgeable and very efficient with providing us the details on the cars we were looking at. Jennifer Bowen in Finance researched options for us for an interior/exterior protection package at our request and found that the auto detail shop across the street would put one together for us for our White MKC with cappuccino interior. I wanted a light colored interior but I like it to always look good so that was just the solution we needed to address our issues of stains caused by car seats, dark blue jeans, and toddlers. Chris asked the service department to look at an exterior paint issue on one of the cars and within minutes they addressed the issue and offered a solution. Jennifer is very fast on the paperwork side as well. While she typed up the paperwork, Chris and the service department were working behind the scenes getting our cars ready for us to drive home. The car we drove to the dealership was traded in, but we didn't know we were going to do that .... so it was full of stuff that had to be cleared out. Rich and Chris both helped move the car seats, and all the stuff in the trunk. They provided nice carrying bags to put the misc. stuff into. It was a pleasure to work with everyone. Thank You! More

After 1 week, they called me back with much better numbers. I compared these new numbers from other dealerships i was working with and decided to purchase my new car. Salesmen were very polite and direct, which i like. I am a no nonsense kinda person and don't get emotional about a car, i look at the numbers. I don't mind dealerships making money, after all, that's why they are in business. But it's very important to get estimates from other dealers. I have been buying and leasing vehicles from Klaben for more than 25 years and they have always treated me good. All my best to everyone at Klaben....!!! More

Fast ST Klaben does it once again! I had been waiting for the Edge ST ever since it was announced. With my lease almost due I decided to see what Klaben could Klaben does it once again! I had been waiting for the Edge ST ever since it was announced. With my lease almost due I decided to see what Klaben could do for me this time. Louis Polos had the blue one I wanted ready for test drive. He and a few of the guys even played with my two little boys while I went on the drive. I ran a couple errands while they got everything ready and they cleaned out my old Edge while in finance. I still can't believe how easy and enjoyable it was. Not to mention how ecstatic the boys were with the experience. Thank you again everyone! More
