Incredible leasing experience!! It started with my son. He had just flipped from a Fusion lease to an F-150 lease. When I saw the app on his iPhone last Saturday where he could st It started with my son. He had just flipped from a Fusion lease to an F-150 lease. When I saw the app on his iPhone last Saturday where he could start/lock/unlock the vehicle from anywhere I wanted it. So he called Rich Klaben and on Thursday we met with Chris Volk who helped us test drive and today(Saturday) he sat patiently with us to explain all the features and we drove out with two 2019 Fusion Hybrid’s. Everyone was great. And I mean everyone. Even guys who weren’t part of our deal were friendly and helpful. Denise in Finance was great and fast! Handled lease paperwork for two vehicles efficiently and quickly. Rich came down and shook our hands and welcomed us to the Ford family. Class act and a class dealership! Thanks to everyone! In essence, I needed a truc On a Thursday afternoon I talked to Mr. Klaben about my need to get out of my leased Fusion due to a new business venture. In essence, I needed a truck to haul equipment to and from events. He invited me to come and see him that following Monday to see if they could put something together that made sense. I showed up Monday morning @ 10 AM and @ 2 PM I was driving off the lot with a brand new F-150. Keep in mind, I had 10 months left on my lease and somehow Mr. Klaben was able to get me out of it!! My sales guy Chris was very good to work with. He was very chill and not pushy at all like reps at other dealers. We talked very practically about what I needed this new vehicle to be able to do for me and we were able to find the perfect fit; the 2019 F-150 XLT Crew Cab. It's got the hauling capability for my business along with the cab space to drive my wife and kids around to and from school/work/sporting events all while staying within my budget! Everyone from the gentleman that greeted me at the door, to my sales guy Chris and finally Christine in the finance department was fantastic. They truly personify customer service and THAT is the Klaben difference. I cannot see myself doing business with anyone else. More

Jenn in the finance dept. made sure all my paperwork, registration and payments were in order. When buying a truck of this price sight unseen AND out of state, it takes a lot of coordination. Everyone knows how awesome a fully loaded 2019 Raptor is. That doesn't take any selling. It sells itself!!! The Best I found the car on the web called and went to see it it had 20,000 less miles on it then the one i was going to buy in PA Chris Volt was great I told I found the car on the web called and went to see it it had 20,000 less miles on it then the one i was going to buy in PA Chris Volt was great I told him I had a rent a car and he said i could turn it in and went with me to turn the rent a car in while I was in he hooked my phone up to my Lincoln. Christine was also very nice and knows her stuff. It was worth the 73 mile trip from PA and next time I am going to call KLABEN first. More
