Amazing Experience, Again. I have leased twice through Klaben Ford and always worked with the same salesman, Danny Sawyer. However, after many years he moved on to his dream job I have leased twice through Klaben Ford and always worked with the same salesman, Danny Sawyer. However, after many years he moved on to his dream job and left me wondering how I would make it through a 3rd round of finding a vehicle that suited my needs.... Reluctant at first to get a new salesman, Chris Volk turned out to be the most amazing person to work with me through this scary process. I am always afraid of car shopping and trying to figure out what I have to do, constantly worrying something would go wrong... but Chris made this simple and sweet. He helped me find exactly what I wanted along with the new sales manager James. They would wonderful and supportive. I was trying to get out of the leasing cycle I had been stuck in and they both supported my decision to buy a brand new 2017 Ford Escape. It was really a delightful and lovely experience start to finish. I never felt any pressure to make a decision on something I wasn't 100% sure about. They answered all of my questions and frequently stopped to make sure I understood what was happening. I'm sure I asked a million questions but they never made me feel incompetent or insecure. What a wonderful team! Jennifer in financing is a delight. She helped me make the best decisions for my situation and always was smiling the whole time. She is extremely quick and never has made any errors with any of the 3 vehicles I have had. Jennifer is amazeballs and I wouldn't want anyone else taking my money. Klaben truly treats everyone with respect and the utmost dignity. You are never pressured or made to feel less than a top priority. They treat everyone like family. Couldn't ask for a better team or experience. Thank you! More

Good experience Chris Volk was my salesman, and he did a good job of making sure I was taken care of when purchasing a used vehicle for my daughter's first car. He is relatively new to the dealership, as apparently is his manager, so there were a few mistakes. However, all the problems / concerns I had about the vehicle were corrected prior to my purchase, so all in all, it was a good experience, and my first with Klaben. Not sure I'll use them again, but not because I had a bad salesman or dealer. They're just a bit out of my driving distance for further business. More

They impressed me with the timely response to my questions and going above an beyond to earn my business. As a consequence, my wife and I drove 3.5 hours to get to their dealership. Upon our arrival they both came out of the office to personally greet us on the lot and made every effort to ensure our questions were answered. Our sales representative, Chris Volk, was very helpful and communicated what a great company Ford is for their customers. He also explained how much this particular dealership cares about each individual customer and made us feel very comfortable. We never felt pressured and he wanted to make sure we had all of our questions answered throughout the entire process. We were also helped out by sales representative Tim Sterling, who was also extremely helpful in answering any technology questions we had, and some we didn't even know we had! All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely go back!! More
