Byers was the first of a few stops on my hunt for a new car. I needed a new car I just had no idea what I wanted. John was patient and helpful with me. Never once did he try to "sell" me on a Mazda, he sim car. I needed a new car I just had no idea what I wanted. John was patient and helpful with me. Never once did he try to "sell" me on a Mazda, he simply answered any questions I had and made me feel completely comfortable. After going to a few other places I came back not only because I loved the options they had at Mazda but because John just seemed like the guy I wanted to give my business to. He answered any texts or emails quickly and put up with my indecisiveness like a pro without making me feel pushed into anything. Chuck in finance was also great and patient. We had some issues with our bank (fraud alerts) and were there a little later than normal on a weekday but both gentlemen were patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and I'm loving my new CX5. More

Byers has twice now given me a fair price on my trade ins. Even now with the way the market is they still were able to meet the expected trade in price. They do not hassle you with the add-ons and overal ins. Even now with the way the market is they still were able to meet the expected trade in price. They do not hassle you with the add-ons and overall they are just less agitating compared to other dealers in the area. They also followed Mazda’s new car purchase protocol and went over everything with me including the new to me Mazda Connect. More
