Rusty was great to work with, and I will look for him when we are ready for our next car. He was honest and listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to oversell me. I only gave 4 stars because I have bought 2 cars (1 new, 1 used) in the past 6 months and was told I would be getting a stipend/donation to my classroom in the form of a $250 check sent to my school because I was a teacher. This did not happen on the first car, and when I inquired about it, I was told it was too late (my original salesman no longer works there, and he was helping me with the donation). We will see if I get the donation/check on the car I bought this week. The other reason for 4-stars was that the used sales manager told me one thing, and then the other manager said something different, causing me to have to drive 45-minutes to the dealership 3 days In a row so that the car wouldn't be sold on from underneath me. It was slightly frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend checking out Beaver Toyota next time you are looking for a vehicle. More
