Mushtaq Ahmed stands out from any car sales man I have ever experienced! I would consider Mushtaq my car consultant… after a bad taste in my mouth down the street at a competition dealer “no names mention ever experienced! I was looking at a vehicle there from inside my car , not wanting to be bothered by sales men.. Mushtaq was looking at another vehicle. I rolled my window down to inquire and he approached. So kind , humble, knowledgeable and attention to detail. I knew because of Mushtaq I was buying a car today “ plane and simple” He was patient we drove few different cars and he explained details pros and cons for every one of them to ultimately finding the “one”! He made me feel welcomed at cooper imports buying a used car he still made me feel like I was buying 100k plus car… that is such a wow factor the experience of buying a car “ I have bought more than I can count” this was white glove service at its best! I told him I feel out of place being at such a high end dealer and he told me ever customer from a 5k car to the most expensive car in the lot all are treated the same! His manager introduced himself and let me talk to him about my trade like I was selling him my car rather than him just buying it, great approach! Finance hats off non pushy in warranty and got me best rate to fit my budget… My wife was getting hungry Mushtaq provided her with snacks, hot chocolate and water complimentary. As we waited for Al the information from there team to make things work we spoke about many different things. When you go about your life and your expectations from a restaurant to what ever you expect out of services provided this was Beyond my expectations and sincerely thank you for providing me world class service that no one can touch. I would like a main manager to contact me to say thank you and I will pass your word around “the go to car consultant in Oklahoma” More

Carlos was great, however after showing them a service now light was on for the Lane assistant it was not fixed the first time. After driving 2 hours to pick it up I ended up having to leave it again fo now light was on for the Lane assistant it was not fixed the first time. After driving 2 hours to pick it up I ended up having to leave it again for the correct repair. It was fixed that time! They did replace my ashtray on them since it was newly purchased. More
