My wife and I determined to buy a car from Flemington BMW 5 minuets after we met Jason Tornberg in person. Before this, we have visited 2 other BMW dealers. It was not only the price that made us walking away, but also was the attitude and impression of the services. We did not feel they really want to know our request and expectation. Jayson however is professional yet straightforward providing us honest information we need to make a decision right away. For the price, he knows when to insist and when to compromise. We ended up with a number that both parties are happy. In overall, the experience with Jayson and Cindy (internet sales) was very pleasant, I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a BMW to find them in Flemington BMW! Thanks! Frank More

We scheduled an appointment and Dan met us at the dealership. Car was ready for the ride. Dan explained me all details about the car, how to better drive to feel the difference. Then we proceed to my car appraisal. Everything was quick and fair. Suggested price for my car was true to market also the price for BMW car was also very good and fair. We came next day to complete the deal and while waiting for the documents decided to try X3. My wife loved it :) and we traded our second car and change it to X3. Dan moved all the staff from our old cars to the new ones. Rebeccca prepared all document in advance for the second car and all process took 30 minutes. Amazing dealership. They were OK with my 5-year old daughter sat in all cars including i8. Would come to this dealership for all services and for the next BMWs for sure. More

She has the rare ability to guide the customer through the entire sales process in a friendly, courteous and totally stress-free manner while at the same time being the consummate professional--knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. She knows almost as much about the BMW you are going to buy as the manual itself, and she is very generous in sharing that information with you. She is a skilled negotiator who somehow manages to end up at a price with which you are comfortable and can agree. She adds many personal touches along the way and you feel that you are dealing with a friend and not someone who is trying to "make a sale". I have always loved cars and I love to drive--but buying a new car--not so much. In my 85 years of living I have been to many dealerships and often it's not a pleasant experience.
