Something has changed about this dealership and not for the better side. I took my truck in for the first oil change. When I arrived, I pulled into the bay as I usually do and waited for someone to come ou the better side. I took my truck in for the first oil change. When I arrived, I pulled into the bay as I usually do and waited for someone to come out tag my truck, get keys, etc. After 5 or 10 minutes of waiting, I went inside to look for help. No one acnowleged I was there. After another 5 or 10 minutes of wandering around someone asked what I needed. I explained I was there for an oil change. His response was "she can help you over there". Once I figured out who "she" was I waited for her to finish a conversation "she" was having with another co-worker. I stood there long enough to hear this was not a work related conversation. Once "she" acknowledged I was there, I received the help I needed some 20 to 30 inites later. More
