Great service I took my car to the dealership I purchased it from because my battery died the day after purchasing my 2016 RDX. They acted like it was my fault and I took my car to the dealership I purchased it from because my battery died the day after purchasing my 2016 RDX. They acted like it was my fault and didn’t treat me well. So I took it to Acura of Columbus, they gave me a loaner and asked if they could keep my vehicle for multiple days. Turns out there was a faulty electrical switch causing my battery to drain. They took the time to figure out my problem instead of dismissing me as the other place did and I appreciated the thoughtfulness. I won’t go anywhere else. The whole staff is great, courteous and they really care about getting the job done right More

our experience of buying a new Acura RDX Stopped by to look at what Acura had to offer in the RDX model, after meeting salesman Francesco Gregory we test drove one and preceded to purchase. The purchase experience of the unit was overall an enjoyable one as Francesco along with Brian Milliser kept it light and fun. Disappointing part of the new purchase was when we drove home that evening at 10:30 (101 miles in the dark of course), I noticed the RDX had no taillights which required I return to the dealership at 7:15 the next morning for repairs, which the problem turned out to be a missing fuse.?.?.? With regards to my service experience to repair this issue; I couldn't be more please or satisfied as Jim Cruishank handled the issue with the utmost concern for the gravity of the issue and quickly got me in a loaner car and on my return at 10am he had the RDX refueled and ready for the road, to that, many thanks Jim! In closing; my wife and I have purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years and can honestly say this purchasing experience at Acura of Columbus was overall very pleasant and enjoyable, thank you Francesco, Brian, Ian, Clayton and Jim for making it that way. More
