Sadly, when the 12 volt system on my two day old CX-90 went flat, no one within the service department seemed to be able to explain why. Hodges Mazda is the better choice of the Mazda dealerships in the Jacksonville area. They are more consistent and deliver better service. We considered a Toyota RAV4 and Honda CRX besides the Mazda CX-5 that Hans eventually sold us, largely based on the above comments/ dealer experience and extensive vehicle reviews on YouTube.
