Hodges Mazda is the better choice of the Mazda dealerships in the Jacksonville area. They are more consistent and deliver better service. Hans was awesome; he was very familiar with the vehicle we wanted such as its operation and features, and even more importantly he was professional and polite in all respects. We give Hans a rating of 20 if the scale could go that high! I also want to recognize the Sales Manager Clayton and the Finance Manager Chris. We considered a Toyota RAV4 and Honda CRX besides the Mazda CX-5 that Hans eventually sold us, largely based on the above comments/ dealer experience and extensive vehicle reviews on YouTube.
