I’ve been buying/ leasing vehicles from Sayville Ford for decades. Every experience has been a good one. Always very satisfied. Cars, vans, SUV’s, and a 4x4 pickup I’ve purchased all from Sayville Ford, both decades. Every experience has been a good one. Always very satisfied. Sayville ford is my primary source for new and used cars and trucks I have bought all but 1 of my vehicles from them. But recently I had a service problem. There is a new writer there that kept are car for and trucks I have bought all but 1 of my vehicles from them. But recently I had a service problem. There is a new writer there that kept are car for 3 days for gaurds that were put on a 2021 escape. They began to fall off immediately since November. With 5 visits to fix them . We finally had them removed . The invoice said remove 4rain gaurds but they also took off the big deflector which ment a 6 visit for this problem. The writer new writer not only was nasty to my daughter but she started arguing with me . About the car in front of the whole dealerships friday bbq. I have bought and or brought in at least 50 cars since 1984 . If it was not for the professional conduct of general manager Nick Calandrino I would of left sayville ford for a different dealership. Also asst manCliff who took matters into there hands and fixed my problem. I give sayville ford a 5 out 5 for all but the service dept . Especially that one writer who I believe has no manners our customer service skills. Now to there great points . The only way I buy from them is in order. Sales is Lisa in the truck dept yes truck sales she knows everything about ford products cars and trucks . Then to George vanglahn for service he. Might be new but one outstanding writer if he does not know he finds out immediately to make your experience a great one. Then to Kerry in the cashier booth boy does she go out of here way to help you .then to the closer Tom lummly. Out standing and professional he does not push you he suggests what you need and is fair I buy all my extended warranties from him.. asst manager Cliff a kind and fair man and if you have a problem he is there to help you.. and last but not least gen manager nick.. there are no words to explain how far this guy will go for you .after some serious mishaps in the service dept by the one writer and writer George personally asking me for a third chance to please stay with sayville ford .he kept up not only his word but all the above mentioned did also.so with that I’m back at sayville ford with the list of people I mentioned all get a 5 star rating..I highly recommend the order of people when you buy your vehicle there. More

had some issues with my car. called and spoke with Diana in service. she said i can bring it rite in. she called me with the diagnoses and had it repaired and completed before estimated date. she called an in service. she said i can bring it rite in. she called me with the diagnoses and had it repaired and completed before estimated date. she called and kept me posted on progress with repair and parts. when she call to pick up car everything was ready for me . during this time i felt she really cared and was multitasking with other co workers and customers. HORRIBLE!!! Why did I expect something different?After HORRIBLE!!! Why did I expect something different? After my previous experience with Sayville Ford Service Department, I was hesitant to give them a HORRIBLE!!! Why did I expect something different? After my previous experience with Sayville Ford Service Department, I was hesitant to give them another try but the Service Manager and General manager both called and explained the issue and asked if I would give them another chance. Today I TRIED and AGAIN THEY FAILED!!! My 2020 Ford Raptor was due for its 5000-mile service, basically an oil change and a tire rotation. My vehicle only has 4100 miles, but it is a year of driving so time for the oil change. The service manager had generously offered to include this service for free after our last “issue” and asked me to give them a second chance because they were just having an off day. I decided it was fair to give them another try so I used there process so that I could write an honest review of my experience, positive or negative. The experience was HORRIBLE AGAIN!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SAYVILLE FORD, LOTS OF LIP SERVICE NO FOLLOW THROUGH!!!!!!! I made my service appointment the middle of last week on their website picking a time and day that was available. I chose Monday 9/13/2021 at 10:45 believing that it would be after the morning rush and before the lunch breaks. This would also give me he ability to make a fair assessment of the service department. I received three text messages from an automated system, “Thank you for scheduling”, “Appt Confirmation” and “Appt Reminder”. I felt that the communication was good and was the right amount. This morning I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment and there were no cars waiting so I drove directly into the service bay. I was greeted and asked to wait for a service advisor, it was a reasonable wait for the advisor. She took some information about the vehicle and asked me to follow her into the office. I made sure to wear a mask and to be early for my appointment so that I would not cause any problems with my appointment. I clearly wrote and selected on the automated appointment that I would be waiting for my vehicle. After discussing the service and specifying that I wanted synthetic oil for my vehicle (she did not know if they used Mobil One), the advisor finished the paperwork and then advised me it would be OVER TWO HOURS wait, to change the oil!! I told them to bring back vehicle that it was unacceptable. Then the advisor stated making up stories about COVID, which was very disconcerting. TODAY MAGICALLY COVID IS CAUSING TWO HOUR OIL CHANGES!!!! Another 45 minutes of my life wasted trying to get something SIMPLE completed at this dealership. Here are the Major issues I have with the dealership and this visit: 1) YOU HAVE A WEBSITE WHERE I MADE THE APPOINTMENT, IT COULD EASILY SAY “WAIT TIMES EXCEED TWO HOURS” 2) THAT SAME WEBSITE BLOCKS OUT APPOINTMENT TIMES, IF YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED BLOCK OUT HALF OF THE TIMES SO THAT YOU CAN FINISH WORK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND SATISFY YOUR CUSTOMERS. 3) YOU CAN SEND ME 3 TEXT MESSAGES ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT BUT YOU CAN’T SEND ONE “WARNING WAIT TIMES EXCEED TWO HOURS” 4) AS SOON AS A CUSTOMER PULLS IN YOU ASK, “WILL YOU BE WAITING?” THEN YOU CAN ADVISE THEM IT WILL BE IN EXCESS OF TWO HOURS.” 5) YOU HAVE MY PHONE NUBER, YOU KNOW I AM WAITING FOR MY VEHICLE……..CALL ME AND TELL ME “ITS OVER A TWO-HOUR WAIT, YOU MAY WANT TO DROP IT OFF OR RESCHEDULE” The complete lack of communication is the same issue that existed the last time I visited the Sayville Ford Service Department. Communication, Honesty and Clarity with your customers is the key and they FAIL EVERY TIME!! I cannot relate how disappointed I am in the Dealership as a whole, they asked me to give them a second chance and I tried, I really wanted it to be a great experience so that I could give them a great review. Something is terrible wrong with the management of this facility; the managers need to be on top of these issues and make changes. Give specific direction to your service employees to COMMUNICATE, let people know ahead of time, don’t make it a surprise! I recommend you take your business elsewhere. A Dealer or independent where they value your time and understand how to communicate! More

I brought my vehicle in for warranty work, they replaced completely the wrong part. My noise is still there. And they damaged my steering wheel, which they claim they did not do. Horrible service, 50k 19 f150 5.0 ford rattles on aceleration after 4k miles and that is alledgely normal. First and last Ford after 50 years.
