We began noticing a knocking sound after struts were
replaced. We thought at first it could have been a brake pad dragging. It continued. After hearing the sound for another month it got louder and we b
replaced. We thought at first it could have been a brake pad dragging. It continued. After hearing the sound for another month it got louder and we began noticing when braking, then when turning. We took it back and were told it was tie rods that need replacing. This after having it in there 3 months prior. Seems to us the problem was caused by prior work since that’s when the sound began. They refuse to see it that way. We will never go to this dealer again.. for service or purchase! On top of this issue, this is the least friendly dealer we have ever used.
