First maintenance after using my car for almost a year,
it was not even 3,500 miles when I got in. There was no car wash provided. Scheduled on the weekend first but had to reschedule to have it done on M
it was not even 3,500 miles when I got in. There was no car wash provided. Scheduled on the weekend first but had to reschedule to have it done on Monday due to “we don’t fix recall on the weekend”. Looking forward to have my car clean before taking it home since this was my first maintenance, a little thing like car wash could give a dealership a five star service. I had Lexus car for more than 15 years, staffs would let me know if car wash would not done because of etc. This was my first Acura. I’m so sorry that I have to compared. People seems more cheerful at Lexus, maybe it was too early at Acura since I checked in at 7:10 am. Overall it was a so so experience.
