I went there for a simple tire rotation. I spoke with the service advisor and made it very clear that they were not supposed to touch anything else on the car. Because I have had issues in t I spoke with the service advisor and made it very clear that they were not supposed to touch anything else on the car. Because I have had issues in the past with them. Of course, when I got my car, there was a breakdown in communication between the service department and the technician. They went and did diagnostic work on my car. I did not want them to do. I doubt I will ever use them again. More
