The experience was not stressful. I went to the dealership that day with some apprehension. I had not purchased a vehicle in 12 years and part of the reason I kept my vehicle that long I went to the dealership that day with some apprehension. I had not purchased a vehicle in 12 years and part of the reason I kept my vehicle that long is because of the whole experience of car dealerships pressuring you to buy a vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted by Colby and I thought here we go but to my surprise she was very low key and only showed me what I was looking to lease. I had mentioned I saw a deal online and she told me the details and they had the vehicle on the lot and went out and test drove. When I returned I was interested in the vehicle and Colby told me step by step how the process would go and next thing you know we had a deal. First time ever buying a vehicle where there was no pressure and I didn’t mind spending several hours at a car dealership. Colby, thanks for all your help and professionalism. BP More
