I am originally from Norman Oklahoma. I am a big outdoors guy. Anything with 4 wheels and an engine I am all about it! I have a Corgi named Linda who too enjoys hiking and swimming. People asked me why I sell Acura. I believe in the product for one. Acura is the luxury division of Honda which are know for the reliability,and low cost to own. I have a background in hospitality and that has truly helped me grow with in the car business. My number one goal is complete satisfaction with my guests. I do not only want to sell you the one vehicle, but look forward to selling you, your friends, and family many vehicles for years to come. I speak Spanish as well which makes it easy for me to reach even more clientele. I am passionate about cars and try to pass on my knowledge of not only Acuras, but any make and model that you may be interested in. Purchase of a used Acura Zach contacted us after we expressed interest in an Acura MDX Advance that was listed on one of the internet sites. We had been to look at a few cars Zach contacted us after we expressed interest in an Acura MDX Advance that was listed on one of the internet sites. We had been to look at a few cars elsewhere, but this experience was very different. Zach was very knowledgeable about the car we were asking about. He showed us other inventory that was available, even lower priced options. But his expertise was invaluable. We had done a fair amount of research but what we knew was nothing compared to what Zach was able to share with us. His professionalism and knowledge made the experience more comfortable and we felt more confident. We purchased a used Acura and are very happy with it. More

Very Satisfied ! I bought a 2017 Acura RDX at another Dealership and 10 days later a driver ran a red light and totaled my car, My experience with the driver's insu I bought a 2017 Acura RDX at another Dealership and 10 days later a driver ran a red light and totaled my car, My experience with the driver's insurance company was a night mare. My nerves were shot and I am still suffering with whiplash, I needed some TLC to help purchase a car. At this point, all I needed was high pressure sales to replace my car. With the exception of two of my original Sales Agents, I felt pressured and lack of love. The original two Sales Agents were very concerned about getting me into another car but could not find a similar car. They were awesome. However, there was one that pushed every button and I felt nothing but pressure/high sales. ***This is where my experience began with Courtesy Acura..... Immediately I felt the professionalism of your Dealership. I was introduced to Zach Cowner by Chris Sanchez. Zach's helpful approach met my every expectation. He listened, heard and delivered. Right Time, Right Place, Right Salesman I was initially told on Wednesday 2/26 that the vehicle that I wanted MDX-Advance Package, had already been sold. Despite that, I stopped by on Frida I was initially told on Wednesday 2/26 that the vehicle that I wanted MDX-Advance Package, had already been sold. Despite that, I stopped by on Friday afternoon 2/28 to visit with Dennis Craig, just to see if he could find me an alternative vehicle. As it turned out, the MDX that I wanted, had been returned due to a disconnect with the initial buyers financing. Dennis did some investigating and found the vehicle, and after going on a test drive, he wrote up the paperwork, had me process out with Cole (who was also excellent) and I drove home with my new Acura MDX that afternoon! More

Wonderful buying experience Courtesy Acura was able to locate the MDX in the color combo I wanted at a dealer in another state.
