Family Hyundai is definitely 'my go to' place when it comes to getting my car serviced. The staff is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. Service Adviser, Colin, was very courteous, knowled comes to getting my car serviced. The staff is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. As it took a little longer than I anticipated, Colin provided me with a Loaner until the work was completed. Every time I get my car serviced at Family Hyundai. I get good and friendly service. All questions I have on my car are always answered promptly and correctly.I was told that my car would be ready in about good and friendly service. Was a little disappointed they said would only take few minutes and was much longer, also the service guy said to me 2x they will wash your car also and will look great. My car was so dirty and not washed minutes and was much longer, also the service guy said to me 2x they will wash your car also and will look great. My car was so dirty and not washed after they removed the dent. Was disappointed since I always like my car washed and I didn't have time after to ask them to take back in to wash. I had tip already for the guy also :(. More
