Unprofessional and overworked Service Representative Our vehicle was being serviced for 4 Factory Recalls, however Colin at Family Hyundai quoted us serval different prices and refused to complete three Our vehicle was being serviced for 4 Factory Recalls, however Colin at Family Hyundai quoted us serval different prices and refused to complete three of the four Recalls, unless we agreed to pay fees for the recalled repairs. Corporate Hyundai Office informed us that the above stated practices were completely inappropriate. More
