My car was burning oil so I was advised to do and “engine soak” to help fix the issue (which cost me $400). Not only did it not help the matter but my car is now burning oil at almost twice the rate as befor soak” to help fix the issue (which cost me $400). I’m the original owner and I know Hyundai was replacing engines with this type of issue. But they simply told me sorry there’s nothing they can do for me. I was very pleased with Hyundai prior to this and was going to purchase my next car with them, but after this I’ll never do business with Hyundai again. More

Always takes over 2 hrs for an oil change, even with an appointment. Trying to book an appointment is extremely difficult and very far out. What is most evident is that you practice having a scheduled appoint and it does not happen that way. People come in after you and get waited on before you.
