I am a Mother of 4 adult children , so as a Mom I tend to approach our customers like they are family . My goal is for everyone to feel comfortable in the FI office and happy when they leave . When I am not at work I love to cook and bake and spend time with my family .

This Memorial Day, headed back home to NYC with my daughter, I realized I lost the car fob. We were towed to Lundgren Honda, learned the service dept was closed for the holiday, and the tow truck drov daughter, I realized I lost the car fob. We were towed to Lundgren Honda, learned the service dept was closed for the holiday, and the tow truck drove away. The manager (?) told us there was nothing he could do, and eventually closed and locked the doors behind us. But Connie came out to the parking lot to make sure we were ok. She offered help, made sure we were ok, and gave us next steps; we found a hotel, came back at 7:30am, met Rob the awesome service manager, had a new fob in hand by 8:30am, and were back on the road. Connie's kindness, Rob's friendly, speedy efficiency, actually offset the manager's (?) cold treatment of us. Even though the next morning he laughed at us when we walked back in, saying "wow did you guys spend the night here?" It seemed really cruel, especially considering his behavior the day prior, but Connie and Rob were so kind, which was what my daughter and I took away from the experience. Please give them both our thanks-they had no reason to be nice to us, but they sure were. :) More

Andrew Merritt did everything he could to get me in a car knowing it wouldn’t be easy the best part is it didn’t take long at all all hassle free. Passed my license and he got me into a 2017 Kia Rio right aw knowing it wouldn’t be easy the best part is it didn’t take long at all all hassle free. Passed my license and he got me into a 2017 Kia Rio right away within 9 days. I recommend going to Andrew Merritt if your looking for a good car ! More
