This Memorial Day, headed back home to NYC with my daughter, I realized I lost the car fob. We were towed to Lundgren Honda, learned the service dept was closed for the holiday, and the tow truck drov daughter, I realized I lost the car fob. The manager (?) told us there was nothing he could do, and eventually closed and locked the doors behind us. But Connie came out to the parking lot to make sure we were ok. She offered help, made sure we were ok, and gave us next steps; we found a hotel, came back at 7:30am, met Rob the awesome service manager, had a new fob in hand by 8:30am, and were back on the road. Connie's kindness, Rob's friendly, speedy efficiency, actually offset the manager's (?) cold treatment of us. Even though the next morning he laughed at us when we walked back in, saying "wow did you guys spend the night here?" It seemed really cruel, especially considering his behavior the day prior, but Connie and Rob were so kind, which was what my daughter and I took away from the experience. Please give them both our thanks-they had no reason to be nice to us, but they sure were. :) More

Andrew Merritt did everything he could to get me in a car knowing it wouldn’t be easy the best part is it didn’t take long at all all hassle free. Lundgren Honda of Greenfield is an outstanding sales, service and parts dealership. I've purchased 2 new vehicles from Lundgren including this one for my granddaughter. The only reason for the 4 rating this purchase was the nonnegotiable price and the $2,000 market adjustment. It may be unfair I hold this against Lundgren as these are what new car buyers are facing nationwide. I also identified this in my Honda USA rating review. A new experience that I had not dealt with in many new vehicle purchases. During both Lundgren Honda new car purchases, the sales persons were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to my complete satisfaction.
