Cooper was great! Entire facility and parking under construction - obviously not ideal for dealer however, conditions are deplorable nonetheless. Will not be going back until construction is finished! Some how, amazingly, a utility knife was run over and half the blade was left in my tire. I did make it to work just fine but 4 hours later I walked out to discover the flat. Took the wheel off the next morning and found the remaining utility knife blade still in the tire. More

I recieved a new CD CARD in the mail which the dealer installed. I have had nothing but trouble since. First my GPS did not work which meant another trip to the service dept. Now my 'AV' is off and the installed. I have had nothing but trouble since. First my GPS did not work which meant another trip to the service dept. Now my 'AV' is off and the user manual is no help. Looks like another trip top service dept. Do me a favor and don't send me any more upgrades to my system. The dealership is fine, but headquarters sucks. More

Very poor service. They lost my key and now they have lost my intake tube and denied they even knew it was missing before I sent it to Regional Hyundai. I can’t get aho They lost my key and now they have lost my intake tube and denied they even knew it was missing before I sent it to Regional Hyundai. I can’t get ahold of the service manager to ask for financial aid and now I have to pay for parts and labor on something that is not even part of the original part that was needing fixed. Regional Hyundai has done a better job on getting my car ready and all that is needed is the part that Tulsa Hyundai has “ lost” . If I could be compensated somehow for the $150 or so for labor that would be great! Hyundai customer care team has compensated me for the $115 for the part. This dealership needs to be reviewed before others are screwed over as well. More

Cooper was professional and friendly. The place was a dump! I waited in a hot shack with day old donuts. Getting off and on the lot was a complete obstacle course. Terrible. The service was good and accurate. They explained the needed maintenance, answering my questions. The construction is disrupting the process, but they are doing the best they can.
