I’ve been trying to work with this dealership for over six weeks to purchase a car, and the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I was told I was approved for financing but was never given six weeks to purchase a car, and the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I was told I was approved for financing but was never given clear details about the terms despite repeated attempts to get answers. I sent links to three vehicles under $16,000 but waited over two weeks without any response. The only car I was offered was a 2013 Jetta with over 140,000 miles and brake issues. To make matters worse, I was told by the new car manager that my deal was blocked because a manager had a personal issue with my co-signer, and another manager even made an offensive comment about “not wanting to work with people who don’t pay their bills.” My credit has been run multiple times, which likely hurt my score, and yet communication has been almost nonexistent. This entire experience has been unprofessional and disappointing. More

Very disappointed with the "so called deal" I was promised. They said they would match my previous deal yet they charged me over $2000 more then the dealerships in Milwaukee and green bay.
