Went in for an oil and filter change. Check in was fast, as well as the completion of the service. I was called and notified that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the dealership's cashier desk, I was as well as the completion of the service. I was called and notified that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the dealership's cashier desk, I was then sent on a run around, as she did not have record of the service done to my car that day. She told me to go back and speak with the advisor. I waited over 15-20 mins for an employee to walk in the service check in area. Finally, one of the mechanics came in and asked if I needed some help. I explained to him that I was here to pick up my car. I was then told to go back to cashier. I explained to him that I was sent over here by cashier. The mechanic then left, and an advisor came in (not the one I was originally working with) and asked if I needed some assistance. I had to repeat myself over, then was told to wait some more. It was very confusing and frustrating until the advisor I worked with earlier came out and was confused as well. He finally printed the papers/receipt off and sent me to cashier for processing. Other than that mix up, I was happy with the service done to my car. More

No one called to notify me when my car was ready. I tired calling the dealership to see if my car was ready, was put on hold and no one got back to me. So I went to the dealership to if my was ready since I calling the dealership to see if my car was ready, was put on hold and no one got back to me. So I went to the dealership to if my was ready since I had an 8:15 am appointment and it was 10:40am by the time I arrived. I saw my car was ready once I pulled on the parking lot. I went in and asked the service guy why no one called me to let me know my car was ready. The guy told me the phone number on file was not good and it kept going to voicemail. I confirmed it was in fact the correct number and had him call while I was standing there. He then told me it kept going to voicemail. I asked why didn't he leave a message, they said they didn't think to leave a message. More
