Subject: Extremely Disappointed in Rallye BMW’s Handling of My Friend’s Purchase I’m extremely disappointed and frankly embarrassed to have referred a close friend to Rallye BMW. As a loyal customer for of My Friend’s Purchase I’m extremely disappointed and frankly embarrassed to have referred a close friend to Rallye BMW. As a loyal customer for over 15 years and more than 10 vehicles, I expected far better. My friend purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW from Rallye, and within days problems began. First, Apple CarPlay stopped working — not the biggest issue, but concerning so soon after purchase. Two weeks later, the car wouldn’t start at all. Rallye had the vehicle towed to the dealership, where we were told it needed an ignition switch. Today, after following up with the service department, I was informed that there was “no issue” with the ignition switch. Instead, I was told the car’s undercarriage has extensive damage and a claim would be filed with the tow truck company. This does not add up — how does “extensive undercarriage damage” suddenly appear after a week in Rallye’s possession? To make matters worse, the communication has been unacceptable. Calls to Chris Blanco and Casmo Laurino have gone unanswered. When I called Burt, the salesperson, he simply told me to “call service” — no follow-through, no ownership. This is not the level of professionalism, accountability, or customer care that I have come to expect from Rallye BMW. I strongly urge management to review this situation immediately and resolve it appropriately. It's August 13th and still getting the run around. Now being told car starts but under carriage has damage. More

I understand you make your money in service, however how dare you quote me one number and then add on $3,052.17 after the car was ready. The funniest but also saddest part of this ordeal was the clown service advisors begging for the loaner car back whilst my car hadn't even began to be worked on. i will NEVER purchase a BMW Again from your tacky dealership unless you apologize and give me back the car extra money you charged me. Truly pathetic. i was asking to speak to the only competent service advisor there; Chris Blanco but you told me he was on vacation for roughly a month despite my friend talking to him constantly to find the best way to upgrade their car. Do the people at the circus Rallye Bmw, i'm sorry car dealership feel better when they're hustling their clients? i must commend you on your xxxx poor service and most likely losing future customer(s) unless you make this right, which you wont because God Forbid you make an exception to honor a warranty that was barely over. hats off to you. More

Rallye BMW is an excellent dealership who took care of my new BMW 540i xDrive. Carol Clark-Muniz did a great job as my service advisor. She took care of a problem and Rallye went above and beyond to fix th new BMW 540i xDrive. Carol Clark-Muniz did a great job as my service advisor. She took care of a problem and Rallye went above and beyond to fix the issue. Carol made sure everything was done perfectly. I have used Rallye BMW over many years for both sales and service, and always had terrific experiences with them. They are a top dealership. Carol Clark-Muniz cared about how the work was done and kept me informed all along the way. All of their sales and service advisors are excellent. I highly recommend Rallye BMW. More
