Trading in lease vehicle I was unsure whether to buy my current lease vehicle or a new lease vehicle. Costa let me know the vehicle I built was available and had all the paperwork prepared when I arrived at dealership. I use portable oxygen, so the time factor was very important. I did plenty of shopping around online before deciding to check out this location, and I'm very glad I did. Everyone on the staff I met was very friendly and easy to work with. They gave me a better deal than I was expecting on my trade, and was willing to work to help me finance despite my less that stellar credit. In particular, the sales rep I dealt with the most, Costa Demopoulos, was easy to get along with, and very honest and straightforward. Not at all what I was expecting given the reputation a lot of car dealerships have. All in all, by no fault of the staff, The buying process took quite a bit longer than it should have, as I spent a bit of time wrestling with insurance companies. Costa was very patient and helpful throughout all of that. I came with a used car in mind to purchase, and was expecting to have to fight against the upsell to get the car I wanted, but Costa was more than happy to help me get what I needed within my budget. An over all great experience, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, and advise they speak with Costa. More
