Costa was great from the very start. He asked questions about what I was looking for what my needs were. He walked me through different types of finances explained how everything worked. Showed me around. about what I was looking for what my needs were. He walked me through different types of finances explained how everything worked. Showed me around. He introduced me to Byron and Dustin. I talked to them and walked the facility while my paperwork was being done. Chris and Tyler said hi to me as I was looking around also. Cleanest service department I have ever seen. I think the finance people got me a great rate and Costa got me a excellent price on the car. Tania thanks for having a great staff and great service. I've been a loyal customer at Summit Place Kia for the past 10 years. During that time, my experiences with the service/repair department have been outstanding...until my phone conversation with "Mike" e past 10 years. During that time, my experiences with the service/repair department have been outstanding...until my phone conversation with "Mike" earlier this week. (He did provide his last name) I tried to set up a repair appointment. Mike started off by verbally unloading his anger regarding his work schedule, being on his feet all day, only three people doing work, and being too busy all without a break. "That's why none of your phone calls were returned...I'm too busy!" I explained the work I needed done. Right after I finished, he asked, "What do you need done to your car?" I repeated myself and then commented that he and his team must be having a tough day today. I said to him, "A lot of businesses are short handed at this time" He lost it...telling me "You don't understand". He did swear at me. I let him know that he was not providing good customer service and, in fact, speaking un-professionally and not being helpful. I got handed more verbal insults. He ended the conversation with, "We don't want your business! Go somewhere else!" and hung up the phone, More
