Extraordinarily efficient and timely customer service. Service rep, Courtney Pooler was highly knowledgeable and communicative about the time the service would take and the cost. She also informed me that the brakepad replacements I requested with the service were not needed yet and could be deferred. Knowing that I can trust them to be fair and honest with me, and not selling me something I don't need is one of the reasons I have such great confidence in the quality of their work on my car and recommendations I receive from their service team.
