I brought vehicle into Danny to have vehicle cleaned and detailed being it had glue on window and tire shine all over exterior. I dropped off on 11/28/22 for my appointment on 11/29/22 so there would be no detailed being it had glue on window and tire shine all over exterior. However the simplest job at hand was to call me when ready and let me know so I didn’t make a waisted trip. I text Danny and he told me to go ahead and come on up so I did. Once I paid for spray in bedliner and walked out to truck was still dirty and know one cleaned anything. Worst customer service I’ve received from a dealer after making an appointment. I should have went back to COGGIN CHEVROLET where they always take care of me and give a rental car instead of having to have someone follow me to cassat ave from Greencove springs. I would not recommend NIMNICHT Chevy to anyone. Service after the sale is terrible. More

Due to the scarcity of new vehicles, I could not get the exact Silverado that I wanted but I'm very pleased with the Silverado LD that I purchased. Like everyone, I wish I could have gotten a little lowe exact Silverado that I wanted but I'm very pleased with the Silverado LD that I purchased. Like everyone, I wish I could have gotten a little lower price. I was hoping to get out the door for $38K but the final price was a little over $39K. It took three hours + to complete the transaction. Craig did a good job showing the available trucks and working with us the best he could. Both myself and my wife left Nimnicht Chevrolet with a good truck. More
