A week after my initial meeting with Brett and a test drive, I made my decision and made contact again.with Brett. My husband works third shift and had been up all night and all that day, he conveyed to Brett that we’d like to purchase the vehicle and knew that my husband would have to sign paperwork as well. Brett assured us that he would have the paperwork ready, the vehicle washed, fueled up and waiting for us so we could make the process as painless as possible to allow my husband to go home to sleep. True to his word, the vehicle was clean, polished and sitting at the front doors with a full tank of gas. We were in and out with everything signed and on our way home in an hour! Thoroughly satisfied I’d been thinking about getting a pickup truck for awhile and was convinced based on all the reviews I’d read that the new Ram 1500 was the one to get I’d been thinking about getting a pickup truck for awhile and was convinced based on all the reviews I’d read that the new Ram 1500 was the one to get. I really hadn’t planned on getting one any time soon but my son was home from college for Christmas break and suggested that we at least go test drive the Ram. He also pointed out the incredible employee pricing discounts being offered by FCA that were about to expire at the end of the year, and that now might be a really good time to buy. Being a hectic time just days before the holidays with family in town and lots going on, I somewhat reluctantly agreed to go take a look. Am I glad I did! I got an incredible deal on an awesome luxurious pickup truck — exactly what I wanted — and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My salesperson Mike was most helpful and informative, not to mention very patient given my indecisiveness and the frequent curve balls and changes in the deal (especially with the trade-in!) that were thrown at him. I greatly appreciated his low-key, low-pressure understanding approach. Everyone else I interacted with (in management & finance) were similarly helpful, friendly & informative. The dealership building and facilities are top notch and immaculate with a great selection of vehicles in stock to choose from. In summary I would highly recommend this dealership for a great car or truck buying experience! More
