So when we need to replace our SUV, we did our homework, narrowed it down to three different makes/models and set out for the task of shopping and negotiating, even though there was another vehicle we were really leaning towards. It was not just the car we were buying, it is the dealership we will be going to for service and all maintenance, the vibe you get while in the shopping process: DO YOU MATTER??? We ended up buying at Northside. You see it is not just the sales person, it is the service people, the cashiers that ask if there is "anything" you need or to answer any question before you leave, or the perfect stranger that asks if you would care for something to drink... So YES it is the little things that add up to a great experience that make you wonder if it is in the air. More
