I did not feel any high pressure at all from anyone. The web site was so informative and I liked how it listed the used car inventory with the price and the ability to see the car fax on each car. Layla Lopez, the sales person I worked with was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. She respected my opinions and worked very hard to make sure the car that best fit my needs was found and secured. I really trusted her and respected her honesty and opinion. Tracy in the finance department was wonderful too. She also respected me and worked very hard to complete the transaction that best fit my needs. Both Layla and Tracy were so professional and knowledgeable and so friendly. The rest of the management was awesome. I was thanked in person and by emails too. All of these factors made me feel so appreciated. I was told and I do feel that I am now a valued member of the Subaru family and for this I am very grateful!!! I have the pleasure of meeting Debbie via email and we communicated on and off for several months. Long story short. The customer service from Debbie was excellent. I stopped by unannounced on a Saturday and Debbie was able to fit me in to her schedule with a matter of time we had done a test drive and started the paperwork Which most of it we had done before. The sales manager Kurt was very professional as well and a pleasure to deal with as the same with Tracy and finance, there was one minor issue with the new vehicle, but Debbie scheduled an appointment with service and it will be corrected Soon. I purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek wilderness. I will say that if you go to the dealership ask for Debbie and she will make sure that you’re taken care of. More

I had been researching Subaru's online and Chris Smith emailed me. I met with him and he helped me choose the Forester with the safety features that were important to me. He is very low key and easy to emailed me. I met with him and he helped me choose the Forester with the safety features that were important to me. He is very low key and easy to work with. I never felt pressured and ordered a new Forester from him, he is very knowledgeable about the product. When it came in he went over the features with me and explained that I'd be contacted in a week or so and would be able to meet with a person to go over the features again after I'd driven the Forester for a while. That will be very helpful. I'd recommend Tuscon Subaru and Chris to anyone looking for a Subaru. More
