We are located in between El Paso & Tucson. I initially connected with CJ Nichols via the internet but he had to leave for vacation while we were in the process of finding the right vehicle. Trent Nichols picked up the ball and was amazing to work with! Trent was professional and responded quickly to all of my inquiries & helped us to find the perfect car - all of this was accomplished via the internet! More

Hours of Anticipation I had sent an email in regarding interest in the Ford Edge for sale. I received a text quickly and the questions I had received a response quickly. I had sent an email in regarding interest in the Ford Edge for sale. I received a text quickly and the questions I had received a response quickly. The following day I went to Tucson Subaru to satisfy the nagging feeling that this car was a good deal. While only time and faith will tell, the staff(mainly Trent ) were very transparent, forthcoming and gave us ( my Mom wound up with a car by the end as well) every opportunity to gain information. It was a long and tiring day and though I am on summer break, I was the tired one at the end as Trent was perseverant through out our time. If you remeber the Saturn sales paradigm then you know why this is not a rating of excellent due to the eyeballs upon me the entire time. It seemed as if several sets of eyes were anticipating me needing something despite the fact that I was already in more than capable hands. Near the end of the deal, there were technical issues and a busyness to the store that delayed our finalizing the purchase yet each of the folks involved were transparent about the issues and apologetic yet determined to get us out of the store by the required time. In business there is little room for emotion but there is plenty of room for cordiality, respect and communication. The staff my mother and I dealt with at Tucson Subaru exemplified each of these traits. More

My new Outback We went to Tucson Subaru on a whim thinking we would never walk out with a newer Outback. I had a 2013 and loved it, but I read that the newer ones h We went to Tucson Subaru on a whim thinking we would never walk out with a newer Outback. I had a 2013 and loved it, but I read that the newer ones had some great improvements and I was interested. CJ Nichols took us on a test drive in a 2017 demo and it performed great: responsive, quiet, and comfortable. We ended up leaving in a brand new pearl white Outback. CJ's knowledge and expertise is amazing. He explained all the features and answered any and all questions. He even paired up my I-phone to the blue tooth system before we left. I think we enjoyed the company of CJ even more than the experience of buying a new vehicle. He is so very personable. Thanks CJ. More
